Get-Ups 'n Go #7707 Authentic United Airlines Pilot's uniform.   Note the variation in fabrics used on this outfit.  The flight log book looked like the one from American Airlines Captain #0779 from 1964-1965, but this newer version was marked Korea, not Japan.  Below is the lighter gray version on Ken, pictured repackaged top left.
