Totally Hair Ken (Second Edition)

There were two different production runs for Totally Hair Ken, but both have a 1991 head mold.  This 1991 rooted head mold was only used once, and it was for the Totally Hair Ken doll.
The Totally Hair Ken (First Edition) included a promotional coupon on the box with higher hairline and greasy facial finish.
This second edition didn't come with the promo coupon and had a lower hairline with better facial screening, more oval shaped eyes and a matte facial finish.
